Wallet guide: markets wallet, casino balance, deposits and withdrawals

Everything on HIT is USDC on Base. This is where it lives and how it moves.

Two wallets, two balances

  • Signer wallet. Created for you by Privy the first time you sign in. Self-custodial: you can export its private key from your profile and nobody at HIT can move funds with it. It signs your orders. Do not send funds to it.
  • Primary (proxy) wallet. A smart-contract wallet owned by your signer, set up when your account is created, about a minute. It holds your trading collateral, lets you trade without paying gas, and is your deposit address.
  • Markets balance. The USDC in the primary wallet, shown as Cash, Positions and so on.
  • Casino balance. Held by the casino side, separate. Money crosses with Move Funds.

Your profile shows both addresses, labelled PRIMARY and SIGNER.

Depositing

Wallet, Deposit. Four ways:

  1. USDC on Base straight to your primary address. No conversion, no bridge.
  2. Any supported chain and coin to the address shown for that network. It arrives as USDC on Base a few minutes after it confirms, less network and conversion costs. The screen shows a recommended minimum and an estimate of what lands.
  3. A connected wallet, signing the transfer from the app.
  4. Card and bank through the on-ramp, where your country allows it. Buy presets of 50, 100, 250 and 500, in USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD and other currencies the provider supports for your country.

Send only the coin shown, on the network shown, from a wallet you control. Funds from an exchange or a swap service can be blocked by the payment provider. Full detail in Deposit: every way to fund your account.

Withdrawing

Wallet, Withdraw. Two paths:

  • Crypto: choose the chain and the coin, enter your address, and see what will land before you confirm.
  • Card and bank: fiat in the currencies the provider supports for your country, where it is offered.

Withdrawals go through a routine review; most clear on their own. Once sent on-chain they cannot be reversed. Full detail in Withdraw: crypto or card, what to expect, and why a withdrawal can wait.

Moving between markets and casino

Move Funds in the wallet. Markets to casino is free and unrestricted. Casino to markets carries a fee and some checks, shown on the sheet. See Move Funds: markets to casino and back.

History

Deposits, withdrawals and transfers are listed in the wallet, each with a reference; fills and orders are under History on the market page and in your portfolio. Quote the reference when you write to support.
