The kinds of restriction
- Withdrawal hold: withdrawals pause while recent play is reviewed. Balance unchanged. Lifted by the team after review.
- Deposit block, wager block, login block, bonus block: protective restrictions that stop one activity while something is looked at.
- Rewards and leaderboard exclusion: earning stops from that point.
- Closure.
The wallet or the app tells you which one you have. It does not always tell you why, because explaining the exact signal would tell people how to avoid it next time.
How to appeal
- Use Live Support in the app, from the restricted account. Not this forum, not a friend’s account, not social media.
- Say what you were doing around the time the restriction appeared, plainly. Reviews are done by people who have the records in front of them; a story that matches the records is the fastest route out.
- Provide what is asked for, once. Opening duplicate tickets does not speed things up.
Removing a restriction is a human decision. The assistant in Live Support can apply a protective restriction if you ask for one, but it cannot remove any, and neither can anyone on this forum.
Timing
Reviews are done by people and take time, longer when the compliance team is involved. A decision that is stated as final is final.
What not to do
- Do not open a second account while restricted. That turns a review into a closure.
- Do not post the details of your case here. Staff on the forum cannot act on it, and you will be asked to take it to Live Support.
If you believe a restriction is a bug rather than a decision, say so in the ticket with the evidence, and post the non-personal part in Bug Reports.
