The games

Some games are unavailable in some places, and some are gated by account level. A game you cannot open shows as unavailable rather than failing.
The casino balance

Fairness
In-house rounds are provably fair: a hashed server seed is committed before you play, your client seed and a nonce go into every result, and the seed is revealed afterwards so you can check the maths yourself. Getting help
Game disputes go to Live Support in the app with the game, the time and the round. Errored rounds are voided by the studio and the stake returned automatically; anything more needs the studio’s audit trail and a human.
